Can I try the space before committing?
Yes. Book a free tour, or buy a day pass and work from the loft for a full day before choosing a monthly plan.
What happens during loadshedding?
Nothing changes for you. The loft runs on UPS and generator backup, so the lights, internet and air-conditioning stay on.
Can I bring guests or clients?
Absolutely. Members can host guests in the lounge, and meeting rooms can be booked by the hour for client meetings.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are flexible, from a single day to month-to-month. Teams wanting longer terms can ask about discounted rates.
Can I register my business at the loft?
Yes. Our virtual office and dedicated desk plans let you use LDA Avenue 1 as your business and mailing address.
